It still amazes me that my teenage sons rate our read-aloud time at the end of the day as a real highlight. The key to meaningful read-aloud is selection.

At HeroDads we've tried to cut a trail for you in the wilderness of millions of books. We've consulted with dozens of families to pick the best of the best for you.

We offer an intentionally limited assortment representing our efforts to "extract the precious from the worthless" (Jeremiah 15:9). The cream of the crop.

In line with this goal, we plan to offer ways to help dads regain the lost art of storytelling. There aren't many things you can do to develop imagination,  character, and thinking skills  in your kids. Storytelling is one! We'll explain more on this later
