Each of our products has been selected to meet your highest
expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may
return the merchandise in resalable condition within 30 days for
prompt replacement, exchange, or full refund, whichever you
prefer.

Our Return Policy
Items You Decide Not to
Keep
If you decide not to keep items
purchased individually we will gladly replace, exchange, or refund the amount
you paid, whichever you prefer, within 30 days of purchase, provided these items
are unused and in their original packaging. Please email customerservice@herodads.com or call Customer Service at 1-866-323-4376 so we can give
you a return authorization number.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery we recommend
sending your items via insured and prepaid US Mail or UPS.
Please allow 10 business days from the day we receive the return
to process your credit/
exchange. Shipping and handling fees are
non-refundable.

Each order we ship has been picked and packaged
