In general, under U.S. federal law, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable, HeroDads will pay the entire amount for you, up to the full $50.00 as long as 1) you have notified your credit card company in accordance with their reporting procedures, 2) the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted from no cause of your own, and 3) the loss resulted from purchases made at HeroDads while using our secure server.
